COVERAGE D. Under Coverage D: To all compensatory damages because of property damage as the result of any one occurrence, regardless of the number of persons or organizations who sustain compensatory damages because of that occurrence. However, this deductible shall not be applied to claims arising out of the perils of fire, explosion, smoke and sprinkler leakage.

COVERAGE D. The total liability of the Company for all damages, including damages for care and loss of services, because of bodily injury or property damages sustained by one or more persons or organizations as the result of any one occurrence shall not exceed the limit of liability stated in the Declarations as applicable to "each occurrence".
