COVERAGE ENDORSEMENT. This coverage only applies in the event of a necessary interruption of business of the Insured contract livestock producer resulting directly from a peril insured against, that results in a partial loss of the livestock in the contract livestock producers building(s) at locations shown in the Declarations Page of this Policy. If the Insured contract livestock producer is unable to introduce replacement livestock after an insured partial loss of the herd, due to the high health status of the closed herd operation, then the business interruption insurance described above shall continue until the cycle is completed, to make up the difference in loss of profits (as described herein), over what would have occurred with a full herd. This endorsement shall not increase, but is included in the amount of insurance shown in the Policy Declarations Page for Special Farm Profits Business Interruption coverage for Contract Livestock Producers. MEASURE OF RECOVERY This insurance, subject to the limit of the amounts of insurance as stated in the Declarations, is limited to loss of "gross profit" due to (a) Reduction in Turnover and (b) Increase in Cost of Working and the amount payable shall be:

COVERAGE ENDORSEMENT. The insurance coverage shall be for not less than 100% of the full replacement cost of such improvements with agreed amount endorsement. Tenant, Landlord, and Landlord's mortgagees and/or ground lessors shall be named as additional insureds and all proceeds of insurance shall be payable to Landlord. The full replacement cost of improvements shall be designated annually by Landlord in its good faith judgment. In the event that Tenant does not agree with Landlord's designation, Tenant shall have the right to submit the matter to an insurance appraiser reasonably selected by Landlord and paid for by Tenant. The insurance appraiser shall submit a written report of his appraisal and if said report discloses that the improvements are not insured as therein required, Tenant shall promptly obtain the insurance required.

TS-CC BUYBACK OPTION If you paid the additional premium for the TS-CC BUYBACK option, we agree that Car Damage Coverage shall apply to loss caused by collision to a car used by you as a temporary substitute for an insured car. A temporary substitute car is a car that is not owned by you while it is being used by you due to the breakdown, repair, servicing, loss or destruction of an insured car. The deductible that applies to that insured car will also apply to the temporary substitute car. There shall be no duplicate recovery for the same elements of loss under this coverage and any other coverage under this policy or any other source. If any other insurance or self-insurance applies to the loss to the temporary substitute car, any coverage we provide will be excess over such insurance or self-insurance.   • Evidence of Coverage The Contractor shall, upon request by DSHS, submit a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, policy, and additional insured endorsement for each coverage required of the Contractor under this Contract.
