Common use of Coverage Funding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes Clause in Contracts

Coverage Funding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes. If the Transferor determines as of the end of the related Monthly Period that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Monthly Period, the Coverage Funding Required Amount of the Class B(2007-B2) Notes will be greater than zero, the required deposit to the Principal Funding Sub-Account for the Class B(2007-B2) Notes will be the Coverage Funding Required Amount for such Class B(2007-B2) Notes.

Coverage Funding of the Principal Funding Account of Senior Classes. If the Transferor determines as of the end of the related Monthly Period that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Monthly Period, the Coverage Funding Required Amount of the Class B(2007A(2006-B2A7) Notes will be greater than zero, the required deposit to the Principal Funding Sub-Account for the Class B(2007A(2006-B2A7) Notes will be the Coverage Funding Required Amount for such Class B(2007A(2006-B2A7) Notes.
