Coverage Minimum Requirement Clause Samples
The Coverage Minimum Requirement clause sets a baseline level of insurance or protection that a party must maintain under a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the types and amounts of coverage required, such as general liability or professional indemnity insurance, and may require proof of such coverage before work begins or throughout the contract term. Its core function is to ensure that adequate financial resources are available to address potential risks or liabilities, thereby protecting both parties from unforeseen losses.
