Coverage Re-Evaluation Sample Clauses

Coverage Re-Evaluation. Not more frequently than once every five (5) years, if in the reasonable opinion of the CCDA the amount or type of any insurance at that time is not adequate to provide coverage to the CCDA as of such future date which is comparable to the coverage afforded the CCDA under this MOA as of the Completion Date, BLD Clay County shall either acquire or increase the insurance coverage as required by the CCDA provided BLD Clay County may obtain such increased coverage on commercially reasonable terms.
