Common use of Coverage Upon Separation Clause in Contracts

Coverage Upon Separation. An employee who separates from CCCERA employment is covered by his/her CCCERA health and/or dental plan through the last day of the month in which he/she separates. Employees who separate from CCCERA employment may continue group health and/or dental plan coverage to the extent provided by the COBRA laws and regulations.
