Covered Aircraft Configuration. Target Maintenance Costs set forth in this Program are based on the configuration for the Covered Aircraft as set forth in Exhibit A to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of signing of the Purchase Agreement. Such Target Maintenance Costs may be recalculated as appropriate to reflect the configuration of the Covered Aircraft at the time of delivery to Customer and to reflect any changes to the configuration occurring during the Program Term.
