Covered Portfolio. Substantially all of the Insured ----------- ----------------- Obligations in the Covered Portfolio are insured by MBIA under Insurance Contracts in the form or forms heretofore supplied to the Administrative Agent in accordance with MBIA's underwriting criteria as heretofore disclosed to the Agents, and in MBIA's reasonable judgment such Insured Obligations represent an overall risk of loss (based on all factors including without limitation investment quality and geographical and- market diversification) which is not materially greater than the risk of loss represented by all of MBIA's Insured Obligations as of the date hereof.
