Covered Telecommunications or Services. Contractor warrants that the Materials and Services rendered under this Agreement will not require Contractor to use for the State, or provide to the State to use, "covered telecommunications equipment or Services" as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system, within the meaning of Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) Section 52.204-25.
