Covering Physician. A Participating Provider designated by a Participating Group Provider to provide Covered Services to Members when a Participating Group Provider is unavailable (e.g. out of the office or on vacation).

Covering Physician. A Participating Physician who has entered into an agreement, either oral or written, with a PCP or Specialist to arrange Covered Services for Members when the participating PCP or Specialist is not available. Covering Physician must have an agreement with Health Plan.
Covering Physician. Physician agrees to devote such time as is necessary to the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement, including maintaining reasonable office hours. Physician agrees to maintain accessibility either personally or by covering arrangements with another Member Provider of like specialty or other qualified physician approved by RHG, on a twenty-four (24) hour-per-day, seven (7) day-per-week basis. Physician shall ensure that such Member Provider or other physician shall comply with RHG's and each Payors Utilization Review and Quality Assurance Programs and will comply with Article IV of this Agreement.
Covering Physician. If Medical Group or its Specialist Physicians are, for any reason, from time to time unable to provide Specialist Care Services when and as needed, Medical Group or its Specialist Physicians may secure the services of a qualified professional who shall render such Specialist Care Services otherwise required of Medical Group's Specialist Physicians ("Covering Professional"); provided that the Covering Physician is a professional approved by IPA to provide Specialist Care Services to Enrollees and the Covering Physician agrees in writing to be bound by all applicable requirements imposed upon Medical Group and its Specialist Physicians under the terms of this Agreement. Medical Group or its Specialist Physicians shall be solely responsible for securing the services of such Covering Physician. Medical Group and its Specialist Physicians shall ensure that the Covering Physician looks solely to IPA for payment for services rendered and will not directly bill Xxxollees for Covered Services, except for applicable Copayments or Deductibles, under any circumstances.

  • Annual Physical The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, within the twelve (12) months following the Date of Termination, receive an annual physical at the Company’s expense consistent with the physical provided under, and subject to the requirements of, the Company’s annual physical program as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.

  • Securing Physical Facilities Transfer Agent shall maintain systems located in Transfer Agent facilities that host Fund Data or provide services under the Agreement in an environment that is designed to be physically secure and to allow access only to authorized individuals. A secure environment includes the availability of onsite security personnel on a 24 x 7 basis or equivalent means of monitoring locations supporting the delivery of services under the Agreement.

  • Medical Director (a) The HMO must have a qualified individual to serve as the Medical Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s). The Medical Director must be currently licensed in Texas under the Texas Medical Board as an M.D. or D.O. with no restrictions or other licensure limitations. The Medical Director must comply with the requirements of 28 T.A.C. §11.1606 and all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations.

  • Medical Examination The Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the reasonable cost of one annual medical examination upon presentation of an expense statement.

  • Covered Services Medical Group and its Participating Providers shall provide or arrange Covered Services to Commercial POS Plan Members under same terms and conditions as Commercial Plan Members.

  • Joint Manufacturing Committee A joint manufacturing committee (the “Joint Manufacturing Committee” or “JMC”) will be established pursuant to the Supply Agreement. The roles and responsibilities of the JMC shall be as specified in the Supply Agreement.

  • Collaboration Management Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint a person who will oversee day-to-day contact between the Parties for all matters related to the management of the Collaboration Activities in between meetings of the JSC and will have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date.   • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection.   • Engineering Services The Borrower’s Engineer will provide engineering services covering planning and design, operation of the System, and the supervision and inspection of the construction of the Project.
