COVID-19 Release. Contractor hereby releases the Conference and its employees, officers, members, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from, and agree not to xxx the Released Parties for any and all claims arising out any personal or bodily injury, illness (including COVID-19), death, loss or damage of property, or economic loss Contractor may suffer which results from performance of the Services, travel to and from the location of any of the Services performed, or any events incidental to the Services, including but not limited to claims arising out of the negligent acts or omissions of any or all of the Released Parties.
