Common use of Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion Clause in Contracts

Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion. Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion. Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion. Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLPLeClairRyan, A Professional Corporation, counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Procter LLP, counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion Legal Opinion and Company Nevada Counsel Legal Opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion. Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLPMintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel and Company IP Counsel legal opinion is opinions are required pursuant to Section 7(n) and Section 7(o), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion. Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx Cxxxxx LLP, counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the U.S. Company Counsel and UK Company Counsel legal opinion is opinions are required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen Counsel Legal Opinion. Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP, counsel for Cowen, such an opinion or opinionsand Rule 10b-5 statement, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is opinions are required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Cowen shall have received from Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLPLeClairRyan, A Professional Corporation, counsel for Cowen, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is and 10b-5 statement are required pursuant to Section 7(n), with respect to such matters as Cowen may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.
