Common use of CP Enrollee Rights Clause in Contracts

CP Enrollee Rights. The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the CP have written policies ensuring CP Enrollees are guaranteed the rights described in Section 5.1.L of the Contract, and ensure that its employees, Affiliated Partners, and subcontractors observe and protect these rights. The CP shall be required to inform CP Enrollees of these rights upon CP Enrollees’ agreement to participate in the CP program.
