Common use of CPI Index Adjustments of Fees Clause in Contracts

CPI Index Adjustments of Fees. The fees set forth in paragraphs (a) and (b) above will be subject to adjustment as of the first day of July of each year beginning on July 1, 2009. The fee then in effect will be adjusted by the percentage increase or decrease in the Consumer Price Index- All Urban Consumers for the last calendar year compared to the immediately preceding calendar year as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, or any other successor or substitute agency or authority; provided, however, no fee, as adjusted, will ever be less than the original amount of said fee set forth in this Attachment “A”.
