CPR Certificate Clause Samples

A CPR Certificate clause requires individuals to provide proof of current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Typically, this clause applies to employees or contractors in roles where emergency response skills are necessary, such as healthcare, childcare, or fitness instruction, and may specify the type of certification and the issuing authority. Its core function is to ensure that personnel are adequately trained to respond to medical emergencies, thereby promoting safety and compliance with regulatory or organizational standards.
