CPUC Approval of CAW Financing. By CPUC's approval of this Agreement, the making of any CAW Financing shall be authorized by CPUC and the terms of the same shall be deemed reasonable and prudent and if for any reason these loans are not recovered in the price of the Product Water, then the principal thereof and interest thereon shall be recoverable in rates.
