Crane Crossings Sample Clauses
Crane Crossings. The County acknowledges that Turtle Creek may desire to move assembled cranes across the Roads and County ROW (the “Crane Crossings”). The County hereby grants to Turtle Creek all such authorizations and approvals from the County as are necessary for such Crane Crossings, subject only to Turtle Creek’s obtaining all private land rights as are necessary in connection therewith.
Crane Crossings. The County hereby acknowledges and approves that the Developer will need to cross the County roads with heavy construction equipment, such as but not limited to cranes, during the construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of the Project. The Developer will use its commercially reasonable efforts to protect the existing County road from damage during such crossings and shall be responsible for any damages and subsequent Repairs in-accordance with Section 3.1.
