CRC Damages Generally. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 11(c), all Damages incurred by CRC, including, without limitation, those Damages apportioned to CRC under Section 11(f) (Specified Level Damages) shall be CRC expenses, allocated as provided in Section 11(b) (Operators' Joint Responsibility), and included in Expense Statements charged to the Operators.
