CRCC Asia. Certain aspects of the Program may be delivered by VI’s affiliate CRCC Asia and officers, employees, and contractors thereof. You may also have initially applied for a CRCC Asia program before being re-directed to VI. For the avoidance of doubt, Your contract is with VI and VI is ultimately responsible for the delivery of Your Program. Any services provided by CRCC ASIA are done so pursuant to a separate contract between CRCC ASIA and VI.
