Creation and Designation Clause Samples

Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a tranche of Card Series Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to the Indenture, the Asset Pool 1 Supplement and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “Card Series Class A(2017-1) Notes.”

Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of Class C Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class C( - ) Notes.”

Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of Class B Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class B(2020-3) Notes.”

Creation and Designation. (a) An Exchange Note that is to be designated and known as the “2016-3 Exchange Note” is hereby created. (b) The terms of the 2016-3 Exchange Note are as follows: (i) the “Exchange Note Issuance Date” will be September 22, 2016; (ii) the “Exchange Note Initial Principal Balance” will be $1,056,000,000; (iii) the “Cutoff Date” will be the close of business on July 31, 2016; (iv) the “Exchange Note Interest Rate” will be equal to 2.49%; (v) the “Exchange Note Final Scheduled Payment Date” will be the Payment Date occurring on May 20, 2021; (vi) the 2016-3 Exchange Note will be issued as a single class; and (vii) the 2016-3 Exchange Note will not be rated.

Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a tranche of MBNAseries Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to the Indenture and the MBNAseries Indenture Supplement to be known as the "MBNAseries Class A(2003-6) Notes."

Creation and Designation. There is hereby created a Tranche of ONEseries Class C Notes to be issued pursuant to the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the "ONEseries Class C(2002-1) Notes."

Creation and Designation. This Indenture Supplement creates a Series of Notes to be issued by the Issuer on the Closing Date pursuant to the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement to be known as the “Series 2013-3 Asset Backed Notes” or the “Series 2013-3 Notes.”

Creation and Designation. There is hereby created an Exchange Note to be issued pursuant to the Basic Collateral Agency Agreement and this 2025-B Exchange Note Supplement to be known as the “2025-B Exchange Note”. The terms of the 2025-B Exchange Note are as follows: (a) the 2025-B Exchange Note Issuance Date is the 2025-B Closing Date; (b) the Exchange Note Initial Principal Balance of the 2025-B Exchange Note is $1,425,000,157.19;

Creation and Designation. This Indenture Supplement creates a Series of Notes to be issued by the Issuer on the Closing Date under the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement to be known as the “Series 2015-4 Asset Backed Notes” or the “Series 2015-4 Notes.”
