Creation and Issuance of Parity Securities and Junior Securities. The Company may create additional series or classes of Parity Securities and Junior Securities and issue additional classes or series of Parity Securities and Junior Securities without notice to or the consent of any Series A Holders; provided, however, that, in the case of Parity Securities, the full cumulative distributions for all past Distribution Periods on all Outstanding Series A Preferred Shares shall have been, or contemporaneously are, declared and paid in full or declared and a sum sufficient for the payment of those distributions has been set aside.
