Common use of Creation and Issue of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Creation and Issue of Warrants. A maximum of 8,000,000 Warrants (subject to adjustment as herein provided) are hereby created and authorized to be issued on the Effective Date in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. By written order of the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall deliver Warrants in certificated or uncertificated form pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof to Registered Warrantholders and record the name of the Registered Warrantholders on the Warrant register.
