Common use of Creation of Accounts and Subaccounts Clause in Contracts

Creation of Accounts and Subaccounts. In accordance with Section 7.03 of the Amended and Restated Depository Agreement, the Department creates with the Trust Company, the additional Accounts and Subaccounts described in Exhibit “A” attached to this Supplement to Depository Agreement and made a part of it, relating to the Series 2022 A Bonds in the previously established Mortgage Loan Fund, Revenue Fund, Debt Service Fund and Expense Fund.

Creation of Accounts and Subaccounts. In accordance with Section 7.03 of the Amended and Restated Depository Agreement, the Department creates with the Trust Company, the additional Accounts and Subaccounts described in Exhibit “A” attached to this Supplement to Depository Agreement and made a part of it, relating to the 2019 Series 2022 A Bonds in the previously established Mortgage Loan Fund, Fund and Revenue Fund, Debt Service Fund and Expense Fund.

Creation of Accounts and Subaccounts. In accordance with Section 7.03 8.02 of the Amended and Restated Depository Agreement, the Department creates with the Trust Company, the additional Accounts and Subaccounts trust accounts described in Exhibit “A” attached to this Supplement to Depository Agreement Agreement, and made a part of ithereof, relating to the Series 2022 A Bonds in 2020 Bonds. Each account shall correspond to the previously established Mortgage Loan Fund, Revenue Fund, Debt Service Fund and Expense FundIndenture Account of the same name.
