Creation of Bond Fund. There is hereby created and established with the Trustee a trust fund to be designated "[Governmental Authority] Bonds, ____ Series (Mississippi Power & Light Company Project) Bond Fund" (the "Bond Fund"). Moneys deposited therein shall be used to pay the principal of, redemption premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds as provided in this Indenture.
