Common use of Creation of Securities Funds Clause in Contracts

Creation of Securities Funds. A fund (the "Securities Funds") will be established when specified in an Officers' Certificate or supplemental indenture pursuant to Section 301 for the Debt Securities of any series pursuant to which funds may be designated by the Company as provided in Section 1502, to be used to pay the principal of the Debt Securities of that series. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Indenture or in the Debt Securities of any series, neither funds designated as Securities Funds nor any other property from time to time held as Securities Funds shall be deemed to be for any purpose property of the Holders or trust funds for the benefit of the Holders, and the Securities Funds shall not constitute security for the payment of the Debt Securities.
