Credentialing of Primary Care Providers. All PCPs, WHCPs, and specialists who agree to be PCPs must be credentialed by the Contractor. If the Contractor utilizes a single-tiered credentialing process, the Contractor shall not assign Enrollees to a PCP or WHCP until such Provider has been fully credentialed.
