Credit Agreement and Collateral Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) this Agreement, executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, Holdings, the Borrower and each Person listed on Schedule 1.1A and (ii) the Collateral Documents, executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties party thereto.
