Common use of Credit Agreement and Guarantee Agreement Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement and Guarantee Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from each party hereto and each party to the Guarantee Agreement a counterpart of this Agreement and the Guarantee Agreement, respectively, signed on behalf of each party hereto and thereto, respectively (or written evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include a facsimile or other electronic transmission of a signed signature page) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Agreement and the Guarantee Agreement).
