Credit Agreement Controls. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any L/C Request or other application or agreement submitted by the Parent Borrower to, or entered into by the Parent Borrower with, any Issuing Lender relating to any Letter of Credit, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
