Credit Agreement Declarations. The declarations made by each Solidary Obligor in the Declarations chapter of the Credit Agreement (as originally executed) and the Amendment Agreements continue to be true and applicable as of this date (except for those declarations referring to an earlier date, in which case they are true and applicable as of that earlier date), and are deemed incorporated herein mutatis mutandis.
