Credit Agreement, Loan Documents and Other Documents. The Agent shall have received: (i) duly executed copies of this Agreement; (ii) duly executed copies of the Fee Agreements; (iii) except to the extent related solely to the change of administrative agent, duly executed copies of the other Loan Documents, duly registered as required, together with any confirmations of security reasonably requested by the Agent, including: (A) the Blocked Account Agreement; (B) the Insurance Assignment; (C) the SW Intercreditor Agreement; (D) the Peruvian Intercreditor Agreement; (E) the Intercorporate Subordination Agreement; (F) a supplemental deed of security to the BVI Security Agreement; (G) such documentation required to reflect the charge in favour of the Agent on all presently owned and after-acquired real property in Manitoba; and (H) such documentation required to reflect the charge in favour of the Agent on all presently owned and after-acquired real property in Saskatchewan; and (iv) copies of the settled drafts, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, of the amendments to the Peruvian Security Documents described in Section 8.2(g).
