Common use of Credit Agreement; Notes Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement; Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) executed counterparts of this Credit Agreement, which, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank, the Canadian Agent, all of the Credit Parties and all of the Lenders and (ii) the Notes executed by the Borrowers.
