Common use of Credit Agreement References Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement References. On and after the effective date of this Agreement, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import, and each reference to the Credit Agreement by the words “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import in any Loan Document or other document executed in connection with the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as modified by this Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute a “Loan Document” under the Credit Agreement.
