Common use of Credit Agreement References Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement References. On or after the effective date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to this "Agreement", "hereof" or words of like import, or to the "Credit Agreement" in any other instrument, document or agreement executed in connection with the Credit Agreement shall, in each case, unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

On or and after the effective date hereofof this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this "Agreement"”, "“hereunder”, “hereof" ” or words of like import, or and each reference to the "Credit Agreement" Agreement by the words “thereunder”, “thereof’ or words of like import in any Project Document, Loan Instrument or other instrument, document or agreement executed in connection with the Credit Agreement shallAgreement, in each case, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean and be deemed to refer a reference to the Credit Agreement Agreement, as amended herebyor otherwise modified by this Amendment.
