Credit Agreement Representations and Warranties. Each Guarantor hereby makes each representation and warranty made in the Credit Agreement by the Borrower with respect to such Guarantor. Each Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the representations set forth in Section 3.02 of the Credit Agreement with respect to the Transactions are also true and correct with respect to the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by such Guarantor.
