Common use of Credit Agreement Terms Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement Terms. The provisions of Article IX of the Credit Agreement are incorporated herein mutatis mutandis as if set forth in full herein, with all references therein to the Credit Agreement applying equally to, and being deemed to refer to, this Security Agreement. The Collateral Trustee and Administrative Agent shall be afforded all of the same rights, privileges, protections, immunities, indemnities and benefits afforded to the Collateral Trustee and Administrative Agent, as the case may be, under the Credit Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
