Credit and Collection Guidelines. Borrowers shall not make any material changes in its Credit and Collection Guidelines (a copy of which has been previously furnished by Borrowers to Agent) without Agent’s prior written consent, which Agent may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion. Borrower shall not enter into or otherwise acquire Contracts which do not comply with the Credit and Collection Guidelines.
