Credit and Collection Policy; Investment Ratings Policy. Borrower (i) shall comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy and the Investment Ratings Policy, and (ii) shall furnish to Agent, prior to its effective date, prompt notice of any material modification to the Credit and Collection Policy and/or the Investment Ratings Policy, and (iii) shall not modify the Credit and Collection Policy or the Investment Ratings Policy in any manner that would have a material adverse effect on a Lender or its loan under this Credit Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
