Credit and Debit Cards. Concessionaire agrees to carry all major credit cards for services or merchandise at the Premises including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, Diner’s Club, JCB and any other credit cards needed to meet the needs of DFW Airport passengers. Concessionaire shall comply and remain current with all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements.

Credit and Debit Cards. Credit/Debit card payments are accepted at the office with a 4% additional fee when the card is swiped. When the card is phoned in or cannot be swiped there is a 6% fee. Minimum fee is $3.00.

Credit and Debit Cards. (a) Licensee, its Permitted Affiliates and Permitted Sublicensees shall not use any of the Licensor Intellectual Property, including the Licensed Hyatt Marks or the Licensor Customer Information (other than included as part of the Licensee Member Information), to brand, co-brand, sponsor, market, promote or otherwise affiliate with a credit, charge or debit card other than through an arrangement with Licensor in connection with a “Hyatt” branded, co-branded, sponsored, marketed or promoted credit, charge or debit card. (b) Licensee, its Permitted Affiliates and Permitted Sublicensees shall not market or promote the acquisition of a credit, charge or debit card at any Licensed Shared Ownership Projects, Affiliated Unbranded Shared Ownership Projects, Sales Facilities, Marketing Facilities or Licensed Residential Projects, or otherwise in connection with the Licensed Business, including using any customer-facing sales assets or facilities that contain or display any of the Licensor Intellectual Property (including phone numbers, websites, domain names, screen names, social networking names, email addresses, and customer information) or Branded Elements in connection with the marketing or promotion of the acquisition of a credit, charge or debit card, other than (i) in an arrangement with Licensor in connection with a “Hyatt” branded, co-branded, sponsored, marketed or promoted credit, charge or debit card, or (ii) in an arrangement that complies with Section 12.5(a) above, and each of the following, subject to Section 12.5(c) below: (A) such card may offer benefits to cardholders such as discounts on Licensed Shared Ownership Products or Shared Ownership Products at Affiliated Unbranded Shared Ownership Projects, or stays, products or services at Licensed Shared Ownership Projects or Affiliated Unbranded Shared Ownership Projects, but may not offer points or other benefits that consist of or are exchangeable into points under a Brand Loyalty Program, or usage rights for Licensed Shared Ownership Units or Shared Ownership Units at Affiliated Unbranded Shared Ownership Projects that may be used or converted into stays or other benefits at Licensor Lodging Facilities, and (B) such card may not be branded or sponsored by any Lodging Competitor Brand or any brand of a Licensor SOI Competitor. (c) Licensee shall only be obligated to participate in an arrangement with Licensor in connection with a “Hyatt” branded, co-branded, sponsored, marketed or promoted credit,...
Credit and Debit Cards. The credit or debit card holder will be jointly and severally liable as a customer. Accepted credit and debit cards are Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express. A non-refundable 2% administration fee will apply to all Visa and MasterCard transactions or 4.6% for American Express. Credit card administration fees also apply to debited vehicle security deposits and only the hirer‟s credit card is acceptable to use for the purpose of the vehicle security deposit. Personal and company cheques will not be accepted as payment for rentals at the time of pick-up. These must be received by Britz 14 working days prior to commencement of the hire/s. Xxxxx will not honour calculation errors. Should a calculation error occur Xxxxx will charge for the shortfall.

Licensee shall not market or promote the acquisition of a credit, charge or debit card in connection with the MVW Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Business, including using any customer-facing sales assets or facilities that contain or display any of the Licensor Intellectual Property (including phone numbers, websites, domain names, screen names, social networking names, email addresses, and customer information) or Branded Elements in connection with the marketing or promotion of the acquisition of a credit, charge or debit card, other than (i) in an arrangement with Licensor in connection with a Xxxx-Xxxxxxx branded, co-branded, sponsored, marketed or promoted credit, charge or debit card, or (ii) in an arrangement that complies with Section 13.5.A above, and each of the following, subject to Section 13.5.C: (a) Licensee and its Affiliates may not market or promote such card except to existing Members of Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Destination Club Products, (b) Licensee and its Affiliates may not market or promote such card at Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Destination Club Projects or Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Residential Projects, (c) such card may offer benefits to cardholders such as discounts on Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Destination Club Products, or stays, products or services at Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Destination Club Projects, but may not offer points or other benefits that consist of or are exchangeable into points under a Brand Loyalty Program, or usage rights for Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Destination Club Units that may be used or converted into stays or other benefits at Licensor Lodging Facilities, and (d) such card may not be branded or sponsored by any Lodging Competitor Brand. Credit and Debit Cards. In the event that YOU pay for any Services using a credit card or debit card, YOU authorize Cruitbay to charge YOUR credit or debit card (or other acceptable payment method that YOU have chosen from those offered) ("Payment Method"), for the applicable fees for the duration of the applicable term of YOUR selected subscription plan or other paid service or product, together with any applicable sales, use, excise, goods and services tax (GST), consumption or other similar tax applicable to the Services. YOU represent that YOU are authorized to use the Payment Method on YOU or YOUR company’s behalf, and YOU agree to accept an electronic record of a receipt. If at any time YOUR Payment Method will not accept the charge for fees due, YOU agree that Xxxxxxxx may suspend or terminate YOUR access to the applicable Services and that YOU will continue to remain liable for the full payment for such Services even after YOUR access to the Services has been terminated or suspended. By providing any Payment Method, YOU agree that applicable credit card, debit card and billing information may be shared with third parties such as payment processors and credit agencies, and/or collection agencies for the purposes of checking YOUR credit, effecting payment, collecting payments and late fees if applicable, and for providing the applicable Services to YOU or in order to enforce our agreement with YOU. We may also share this information with law enforcement authorities and in response to subpoenas, court orders, search warrants and as otherwise required by law
