Credit and Debit Cards Clause Samples
The 'Credit and Debit Cards' clause defines the terms under which credit and debit card payments are accepted and processed within an agreement. It typically outlines the types of cards accepted, any associated fees, and the responsibilities of the parties regarding payment authorization and security. For example, it may specify that only certain card networks are permitted or that the customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds.
