Subscription Plans and Renewals. For your convenience when you sign up for the Platform, your payment information shall be logged. IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS, FULL FRAME MAY CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY AND ON A RECURRING BASIS, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT VIA YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. ADDITIONALLY, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO BILL YOU ON A RECURRING BASIS AND AGREE THAT YOUR SELECTED SUBSCRIPTION SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL PERIODS (OF THE SAME LENGTH AS YOUR INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION) UNTIL WE ARE NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. Subscription Plans and Renewals. For your convenience when you sign up for a free trial via the Platform, your payment information shall be logged, after the expiration of your free trial your account will be automatically billed the Paid Subscription amount so that you may continue using the paid portions of the Platform requested. IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN A FREE TRIAL PERIOD, IPTECHVIEW MAY CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL (“INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION”), UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR FREE TRIAL BY EMAIL AT XXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXXX.XXX OR BY CANCELLING VIA YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD. Where you have failed to renew your access before the expiration of your Initial Subscription please be aware that your access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated.
Subscription Plans and Renewals. Subscription Plans will automatically renew for recurring periods depending on the duration of YOUR selected Subscription Plan (e.g., every 30 days, annual or other period), and, as authorized by YOU by agreeing to the automatic renewal of YOUR Subscription Plan during the sign-up process, unless YOU notify Cruitbay of any changes or requests not to renew (i.e., to cancel), prior to the end of the Initial Plan Term (each, a "Renewal Plan Term") or each Renewal Plan Term. Cancellation requests should be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the applicable Cruitbay website or in accordance with Section 6(E)(iv) below. At the time of the automatic renewal, the applicable subscription or other fees will be charged to the Payment Method provided and/or associated with YOUR account, or YOU will be invoiced for payment.

  • Supplemental Contracts A. Supplemental duties shall be defined as those duties which are performed during time in excess of the work day, work week, work year, or in addition to the employee’s regular duties. Employees performing supplemental duties shall be issued written, individual, limited contracts that include:

  • Existing Agreements The Executive represents to the Company that he is not subject or a party to any employment or consulting agreement, non-competition covenant or other agreement, covenant or understanding which might prohibit him from executing this Agreement or limit his ability to fulfill his responsibilities hereunder.

  • Sales and Supplemental Agreements The terms of the specific TIPS order, including but not limited to: shipping, freight, insurance, delivery, fees, bonding, cost, delivery expectations and location, returns, refunds, terms, conditions, cancellations, order assistance, etc., shall be controlled by the purchase agreement (Purchase Order, Contract, Invoice, etc.) (hereinafter “Supplemental Agreement”) entered into between the TIPS Member Customer and Vendor only. TIPS is not a party to any Supplemental Agreement. All Supplemental Agreements shall include Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and TIPS Contract Name and Number. Vendor accepts and understands that TIPS is not a legal party to TIPS Sales and Vendor is solely responsible for identifying fraud, mistakes, unacceptable terms, or misrepresentations for the specific order prior to accepting. Vendor agrees that any order issued from a customer to Vendor, even when processed through TIPS, constitutes a legal contract between the customer and Vendor only. When Vendor accepts or fulfills an order, even when processed through TIPS, Vendor is representing that Vendor has carefully reviewed the order for legality, authenticity, and accuracy and TIPS shall not be liable or responsible for the same. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this TIPS Vendor Agreement and those contained in any Supplemental Agreement, the provisions set forth herein shall control unless otherwise agreed to and authorized by the Parties in writing within the Supplemental Agreement.

  • Term of Agreement and Renewals The Agreement with TIPS is for approximately three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Construction Contracts Item A: Enter the total dollar amount of all contacts awarded on the project/ program. Item B: Enter the total dollar amount of contracts connected with this project/program that were awarded to Section 3 businesses.

  • Complete Agreement; Amendments This Amendment and the Loan Documents represent the entire agreement about this subject matter and supersede prior negotiations or agreements with respect to such subject matter. All prior agreements, understandings, representations, warranties, and negotiations between the parties about the subject matter of this Amendment and the Loan Documents merge into this Amendment and the Loan Documents.

  • Existing Contracts Billing terms and provisions contained in existing contracting entity agreements (existing as of the date this policy is approved by the Board of Supervisors) shall remain in effect for the life of the contract. However, when these existing contracts are renegotiated, they shall contain the billing provisions as set forth in this policy.
