Credit and Disbursement. Amount of Credit By this Contract the Bank establishes in favour of the Borrower, and the Borrower accepts, a credit (hereafter called the “Credit”) in an amount of EUR 14,700,000 (fourteen million seven hundred thousand euro) or the equivalent thereof for the financing of the Project. Disbursement procedure Tranches The Bank shall disburse the Credit in up to 3 (three) tranches. The amount of each tranche, if not being the undrawn balance of the Credit, shall be a minimum of EUR 5,000,000 (five million euro) or the equivalent thereof. A tranche requested by the Borrower in accordance with Article 1.02B is hereafter referred to as a “Tranche”.
