Common use of Credit Card Acknowledgements Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Acknowledgements. The Borrowers will maintain credit card processing arrangements and Credit Card Agreements with the credit card issuers and processors identified on Schedule 3.19; provided, however, that, subject to the requirements set forth in Section 6.12, the Borrowers may amend Schedule 3.19 to remove any credit card issuer or processor or Credit Card Agreement identified therein or to add additional credit card issuers and processors or Credit Card Agreements that are satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, and subject to the requirements set forth in Section 6.12, the Borrowers shall provide to the Administrative Agent a Credit Card Acknowledgement with respect thereto and a copy of the Credit Card Agreement governing with such new credit card issuer or processor.
