Common use of Credit Card Agreements and Notifications Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Agreements and Notifications. Each Loan Party will (a) comply in all material respects with all its obligations under each Credit Card Agreement to which it is party and (b) maintain credit card arrangements solely with the credit card issuers and credit card processors identified in Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Letter; provided, however, that the U.S. Borrower may amend Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Letter to remove any credit card issuer or credit card processor identified on such Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Letter or to add additional credit card issuers and credit card processors that are reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and concurrently with the making of any such amendment the Loan Party shall provide to the Administrative Agent evidence that a Credit Card Notification shall have been delivered to any credit card issuer or credit card processor added to such Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Letter.
