Common use of Credit Card Agreements and Notifications Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Agreements and Notifications. Each Loan Party will (a) comply in all material respects with all its obligations under each Credit Card Agreement to which it is party and (b) maintain credit card arrangements solely with the credit card issuers and credit card processors identified in Schedule 3.12; provided, however, that the Company may amend Schedule 3.12 to remove any credit card issuer or credit card processor identified in such Schedule or to add additional credit card issuers and credit card processors that are satisfactory to the Collateral Agent in its reasonable discretion, and concurrently with the making of any such amendment the Company shall provide to the Collateral Agent evidence that a Credit Card Notification shall have been delivered to any credit card issuer or credit card processor added to such Schedule.
