Common use of Credit Card Collections Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Collections. (a) Annexed hereto is Schedule 2.7, which describes all arrangements to which each Borrower is a party with respect to the payment to such Borrower of the proceeds of all credit card charges for sales by such Borrower.
