Common use of Credit Card Notifications Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Notifications. Within 30 days of the Closing Date (or such later date as Agent may agree), deliver to the Agent copies of notifications (each, a "Credit Card Notification") substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2, or otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent, which have been executed on behalf of such Xxxxxxxx and delivered to such Borrower's Credit Card Issuers and Credit Card Processors listed on Schedule 4.24. No Borrower shall enter into any agreements with Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors other than the ones expressly contemplated herein or in Section 4.24 unless Agent has received a copy of the Credit Card Notification sent to such new or additional Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor.
