Credit Card Payments. (a) If a Hirer pays its outstanding account by a credit card, at the time the transaction is processed the Hirer must pay to the Company an amount that the company determines (acting reasonably) to be equal to the merchant service fee or any similar fee payable by the Company to its transaction acquirer in connection with the transaction. (b) The Company may add any amount payable by the Hirer under paragraph (a) to the Hire Charges of the relevant goods or services supplied or to be supplied by the Company to the Hirer
