Credit Documents and Security Documents. The Facility shall be made, evidenced, administered, secured and governed by all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the “Credit Documents”, each as the same may be hereafter modified or amended, consisting of: (i) this Agreement; (ii) separate promissory notes in the form of Exhibit F annexed hereto, with one note being payable to each Lender in the original principal amount equal to such Lender’s Commitment, such promissory notes to be in the aggregate original principal amount of Fifty-five Million Dollars ($55,000,000.00) (collectively, together with any additional Notes delivered as provided herein, the “Note” or the “Notes”); (iii) the Security Documents; (iv) the Guaranty; (v) the Fee Letter; (vi) the Modifications and Amendments and (vi) any and all other related agreements and documents issued or delivered hereunder or thereunder or pursuant hereto or thereto executed to further evidence or secure the Facility.
