Common use of Credit Extension Request Clause in Contracts

Credit Extension Request. In the case of any Pro-Rata Credit Extension the Administrative Agent shall have received the relevant Credit Extension Request in a timely manner as herein provided for such Pro-Rata Credit Extension. Delivery of a Credit Extension Request and the acceptance by Micro or any other Borrower of the proceeds of any Pro-Rata Credit Extension shall constitute a representation and warranty by each Obligor that, on the date of making such Pro-Rata Credit Extension (both immediately before and after giving effect to the making of such Pro-Rata Credit Extension and the application of the proceeds thereof), the statements made in Section 6.2.1 are true and correct.
