Common use of Credit Extensions Clause in Contracts

Credit Extensions. The obligation of the Lender to make the Initial Loan shall be subject to the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties hereto, the delivery of a Loan Request as requested pursuant to Section 2.3, and the satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth below in this Article (other than Sections 5.19 and 5.20). The obligation of the Lender to make the Delayed Draw Loan shall be subject to the prior making of the Initial Loan, the delivery of a Loan Request as requested pursuant to Section 2.3, and the satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth below in Sections 5.3, 5.8, 5.19 and 5.20.

The obligation of the each Lender to make its portion of the Initial Loan Loans shall be subject to the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties hereto, the delivery of a Loan Request as requested pursuant to Section 2.32.2, and the satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth below in this Article V (other than Sections 5.19 Section 5.20(b) and 5.205.21). The obligation of the each Lender to make its portion of the Delayed Draw Loan Loans on the Delayed Draw Closing Date shall be subject to the prior making of the Initial Loan, the delivery of a Loan Request as requested pursuant to Section 2.32.2, and the satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth below in Sections Section 5.3, 5.85.7, 5.19 5.9, 5.19, 5.20(b) and 5.205.21.
